Position Overview: The Vice President of Remediation will oversee the operational aspects, staff development, client relations, and financial performance linked to the growth, maintenance, and enhancement of our business operations.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison for designated clients and projects that necessitate advanced risk management and technical supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve established revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) concerning safety, compliance, profitability, expenses, client retention, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with remediation stakeholders to assess regulatory findings, identify root causes, and address remediation strategies.
- Evaluate project scopes and timelines to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and schedules.
- Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress effectively.
- Manage alterations to project scope, timelines, and costs using suitable verification methods.
- Assist in setting and achieving objectives for the Environmental Division, fostering innovative ideas, systems, and processes to enhance project and team performance.
- Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to measure project performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and all relevant stakeholders.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
- Ensure the efficient use of manpower, materials, utilities, and equipment in a cost-effective manner while delivering high-quality service.
- Effectively manage customer expectations by establishing and maintaining standard processes, creating operational efficiencies, and facilitating knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferred), Applied Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to perform under pressure and meet project deadlines and budgetary requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
