Emergency Veterinarian Opportunity
Location: Calgary, AB
General Manager: Stacey Parker
VCA Canada is seeking a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to join our team at Calgary Animal Referral & Emergency Centre (CARE).
Schedule: Our Emergency Veterinarians rotate equally through day, evening, and night shifts, offering a balanced schedule for the full team.
Requirements:
- A valid veterinarian license allowing practice in Canada
- Experience working in an emergency hospital
- Enjoy the diversity of emergency caseloads
- Excellent critical thinking and diagnostic skills
- Great organizational skills to meet the demands of a busy shift
- Exceptional people skills
- A passion for coaching and mentoring students along their DVM journey
