Role Summary
As a key member of the Customer Service team at our Walpole Island branch, you will report directly to the Branch Manager. In the capacity of a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and cheque cashing. By building rapport with our clients, you will identify their financial needs and offer tailored solutions through FNBC's diverse products and services, all while adhering to internal policies and regulatory standards. This is a permanent full-time role.
Required Qualifications

To qualify, you must:
- possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent;
- exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform basic mathematical operations;
- be proficient in using a calculator and computer, including Microsoft Office;
- be capable of standing for extended periods;
- have experience with financial institution software systems, which is preferred;
- have prior experience in cash handling, customer service, and/or sales, which is also preferred;
- pass acceptable criminal and credit background checks.
Job Location
This is a permanent full-time opportunity available at our Walpole Island branch.
