**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time position. As an Occupational Therapist with Lifemark Health Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing expert care and support to help them overcome physical and mental health challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide occupational therapy services to clients, including assessment, treatment, and education
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct home safety assessments and provide recommendations for modifications
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families on topics such as ergonomics and return to work

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
  • Experience working with clients with brain injury/neurological rehabilitation, mental health, musculoskeletal/orthopaedic injury, and other conditions
  • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to use electronic medical records
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
