Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical business analysis role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and familiarity with integrations, APIs, and cloud platforms, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and principles.
  • Tools: Experience with business analysis and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex technical information.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
