**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server Associate to join our team at Aspira Traditions of Durham Retirement Living. As a Server Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional hospitality service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation, under the direction of our culinary team.
- Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Promote and track sales of a la carte and wine services, in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**
- Grade 10 minimum education required.
- Must have Smart Serve designation and one year experience in dining room service.
- Proven customer service skills and excellent command of verbal and written English language.
- Ability to work independently and/or as a member of a team.
- Must successfully pass the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Safe Food Handling Certification.
