Position Overview: The Product Analyst will oversee the creation and execution of both existing and new market offerings. This role necessitates collaboration across various departments, including Sales, Services, Operations, Technology, Legal, Marketing, and Product teams. It will involve engaging with clients and potential partners within the Fintech sector, as well as industry groups and regulatory bodies.

Ideal Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will possess experience in a financial or technology setting, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and/or assist in significant projects from initial concept to final execution.
  2. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Sales, and Client Services to gather and document business requirements, creating and maintaining essential project documentation such as project definitions, prototype designs, user stories, and process flows.
  3. Serve as a Product Owner on Agile projects, working with Engineering and QA teams throughout the software development life cycle, which includes analysis, design, development support, testing, deployment, and sales.
  4. Support project governance by developing and maintaining project schedules; facilitate internal communications with Project and Executive teams.
  5. Partner with Product Managers and Client Service teams to evaluate client challenges, propose enhancements, and define actionable solutions.
  6. Take charge of critical issues, coordinating with relevant support teams to drive resolutions.
  7. Conduct market research on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies as needed.
  8. Provide insights to Product Managers based on research and analysis.
Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or client support.
  • Experience in drafting business requirements, user stories, or functional specifications.
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services sector is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Skills:
  • Strong prioritization, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of effective collaboration across teams.
  • A proactive, positive, and innovative mindset, with the capability to lead and facilitate projects to successful outcomes.
Tools:
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
