About the Role

G.M.A. Catering LTD. is seeking a skilled Laborer - Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Weed, Prune, and Trim Trees and Plants: Utilize your knowledge of horticulture to maintain the health and appearance of our trees and plants.
• Cut Grass: Operate lawn mowers and other equipment to maintain our lawns and outdoor spaces.
• Rake and Collect Refuse: Remove debris and litter from our outdoor areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Remove Litter and Garbage: Dispose of waste and recyclables in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
• Cart and Spread Topsoil and Other Materials: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of our outdoor spaces, including the application of topsoil and other materials.
• Apply Fertilizers: Use your knowledge of horticulture to apply fertilizers and other treatments to our plants and trees.
• Repair and Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our grounds maintenance equipment to ensure it remains in good working order.
• Water and Tend to Plants, Lawns, and/or Gardens: Ensure the health and well-being of our plants, lawns, and gardens through regular watering and maintenance.
• Operate and Maintain Landscape Maintenance Equipment: Safely operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other tools.
