We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Lead Installer to join our team at Knight Plumbing. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for performing onsite installation and service of HVAC systems and equipment, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform onsite installation and service of HVAC systems and equipment
  • Ensure that all work meets or exceeds Technical Standards & Safety Authority's codes and municipal building codes and standards
  • Follow all Energy Star installation and service processes and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a five-star experience on every call
  • Work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing the installation and commissioning of HVAC elements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC Installation or Service experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters
  • Must have demonstrated strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles
  • Must have a Gas Technician license
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record
  • Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
  • An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude
