We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner with extensive experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles within the gaming sector, particularly within Free-to-Play (F2P) models. This is a 6-month contract to start with the opportunity to extend or transition to permanent.

Your Impact
  • Source top talent globally by leveraging diverse gaming communities, technical networks, and professional associations.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across both tech and non-tech roles, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.

About You
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in gaming industry recruitment, with a particular focus on Free-to-Play (F2P) models.
  • You are skilled in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, with the ability to advise senior leaders throughout the hiring process.
  • As a problem solver, you effectively use all available resources to create and execute sourcing strategies that attract top talent.
  • You thrive in an environment where ambiguity and change are constant, you will adapt quickly and find innovative solutions to evolving challenges.
