Job Title: Beauty Salon Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Beauty Salon Receptionist to join our team at HAPPY NAILS & SPA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Greet clients, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide basic information.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain work records, and perform clerical duties.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, calculate billing charges, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and able to perform data entry.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience or equivalent.
  • Personal Qualities: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, reliability, and time management.
Working Conditions:

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Language:

English.

Work Hours:

30 to 44 hours per week.
