Job Title: Physiotherapist - Weekends Only Shift

West Park Healthcare Centre is seeking a part-time Physiotherapist to join our team on alternate Saturdays. As a Physiotherapist, you will work collaboratively with a proficient and varied interdisciplinary team to evaluate, oversee, and provide support to individuals facing challenges related to traumatic brain injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in patient education, assessment, and treatment
  • Disseminate knowledge to patients, their families, and colleagues within the team
  • Develop and adapt patient treatment plans
  • Participate in Inter-professional Rounds and committees
  • Contribute to the advancement of professional practice and services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy, or an equivalent qualification
  • Active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Preferred qualification: ADP Authorizer
  • Ability to attain a minimum score of 80% on the Functional Independent Measure (FIM) certification exam during the probationary period and subsequent recertification exams if interested in working within specific rehabilitation units
