Job Title: Governance Support Officer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned Application Support Specialist to join our team at Timreed. As a Governance Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting a Governance, Risk, Compliance Application (GRC) for a major integration program. You will work closely with our clients to stabilize the application, act as the first line of support for all issues, and request changes and control issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support 10+ lines of business using the application (Archer) to stabilize the application
* Act as the first line of support for all issues, request changes and control issues
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base

**Requirements:**

* 3-5 years of experience in Application support role
* Strong knowledge of SQL/SQL Server and scripting experience using Python/PowerShell
* Experience with C# and.NET
* Experience working in a Windows environment
* Experience within financial services or enterprise environment preferred
