About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 0957016BC LTD. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.

Estimate and Manage Inventory

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.

Manage Budget and Reports

Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Address Customer Complaints

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role. However, we require at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.

Work Setting

This role is based in a fast-paced food service environment, where you will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Physical Demands

This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. You must be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects.

Personal Suitability

We require a client-focused individual with excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team.
