OneStream Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled OneStream Functional Consultant to join our team at Ascend Partners Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering business solutions on the OneStream XF platform for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and communicate specifications for various application elements, including metadata, mappings, rules, and reporting, in conjunction with the Project Architect.
- Design and complete tests, coordinating with the Technical Delivery team and clients.
- Build and enhance application elements as required, leveraging your aptitude and experience.
- Support team members during application/system design, development, and build.
- Collaborate with the Project Architect to complete the first draft of the application/system design and documentation.
- Facilitate project meetings and lead Business Analysis and Process improvements.
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in OneStream's tools, methodologies, and services.
- Continuously learn and apply functional accounting terms, rules, and processes to effectively communicate with clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in OneStream project implementation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in finance organizations with a focus on accounting and systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading structured projects and/or software package implementations.
- Advanced data manipulation skills using Excel, SQL, and Visual Basic.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to delegate and monitor.
