Role Summary

As a Senior Risk Specialist, reporting directly to the Risk Management Manager, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and manage risk initiatives, deliver comprehensive reporting, and evaluate the effectiveness of controls. This position requires a keen analytical mindset to assess, monitor, and pinpoint areas for enhancement, ensuring a robust operational framework.

Key Duties

  • Oversee Risk Management Programs to identify, track, and evaluate risks on a daily basis
  • Ensure that programs are regularly reviewed and remain pertinent
  • Raise concerns to the Risk Management Manager as necessary
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement and corrective actions
  • Encourage strong risk management practices and methodologies
  • Facilitate training sessions on risk Programs and Policies
  • Engage in project risk evaluations and ensure compliance with the risk framework
  • Conduct on-demand risk evaluations for processes deemed high-risk

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in risk management
  • Experience in Supplier/Third Party Risk Management
  • Background in Change/Project Risk Management
