As a Senior Consultant specializing in Governance and Risk Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the risk landscape within the People, Culture & Brand (PC&B) sector. Your expertise will be essential in guiding our teams to ensure compliance and effective risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Governance and Risk Management Leadership: Collaborate with the Director of PC&B Governance & Risk Management to provide expert consultation on risk management strategies. You will oversee the execution of CIBC's Operational Risk Management Programs, including Change Initiative Risk Assessments (CIRA) and Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA).
- People Risk Associate Duties: Serve as a People Risk Associate, ensuring adherence to the People Risk Control Group's standards. You will engage in independent risk assessments across various business units, contributing to the overall risk management framework.
- Support for PC&B Governance: Offer strategic advice to PC&B partners on governance-related issues. Act as the primary contact for internal audits, collaborating with the PC&B SOX/Maintenance Officer to address control activities and deficiencies.
- Regulatory Program Assistance: Aid the PC&B Director in managing regulatory requests and submissions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
