About the Role
Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Clinic Supervisor to lead the team at Bella Bella Medical Clinic in Bella Bella, BC.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of healthcare professionals and oversee the coordination of workflow within the clinic.
- Schedule and coordinate work assignments, establish priorities, and evaluate employee performance.
- Develop, review, and revise policies and procedures, identify staffing shortages, and participate in recruitment and training of staff.
- Monitor expenditures, equipment, and supplies.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, committees, and task groups as required.

Bella Bella Medical Clinic is a community-based healthcare facility providing a range of services to residents and visitors. The clinic is located in a beautiful island community off the central coast of British Columbia, surrounded by stunning natural scenery and rich cultural heritage.
Qualifications
- Grade 12, four (4) recent related experience, including one (1) year in a supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively, deal with others effectively, and possess physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
