Position Overview:
Role Summary
The Logistics Warehouse Operator is responsible for executing various warehouse tasks to uphold inventory accuracy, manage order fulfillment, including picking, packing, staging, shipping, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role is essential in ensuring operational efficiency and safety within the warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently receives and organizes products to optimize workflow. Processes incoming products from transfers to meet customer demand. Manages backorders and stock replenishment to ensure product availability. Accurately selects and prepares orders for shipment, adhering to all compliance standards. Restocks and maintains showroom inventory to create an inviting shopping experience. May perform general maintenance tasks as required (cleaning and organizing). Assists customers with product pickups and loading as needed. Engages in all mandatory training and development programs. Participates in the annual inventory process.Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong reliability and a commendable work ethic. Ability to comprehend and follow both verbal and written instructions with minimal oversight. Open to constructive feedback and committed to personal growth. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance; the role involves considerable standing and walking. Physical capabilities include climbing, bending, squatting, reaching, grasping, and lifting. Flexibility in work hours is necessary, including potential weekend shifts. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Works collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Energetic, self-driven, and motivated. Maintains professionalism at all times. Committed to ongoing improvement. Excellent communication abilities.-
