Job Title: Sales Representative - French Bilingual

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative to join our team in Mississauga. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 7000 shared clients
  • Keep up-to-date records of customer information and update information in the CRM database
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and handle customer inquiries
  • Be a liaison for customers and other departments
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and French is a must
  • Go-getter attitude and 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Sales and call centre experience is an asset
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Punctuality, organization, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
What We Offer:
  • Base salary of $45-50k
  • 2 weeks of vacation time

  • Central Mississauga location
  • 9-5 Monday to Friday in office
