We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Medicine Specialist to join our team at Triple West Medical. As a Medical Consultant in our A&E department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and leading our team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Share responsibility with other consultants for the initial care and reception of all patients attending the Emergency Department.
2. Continuously monitor and manage the interface between primary and secondary care, ensuring seamless patient transfers.
3. Develop strong working relationships with consultant colleagues and other healthcare professionals, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
4. Provide emergency cover for absent colleagues, including clinical supervision of junior staff.
5. Participate in the department's Core Trainee and Middle Grade Training program, providing situational teaching and contributing to the development of Clinical Quality Standards.
6. Lead the design and completion of audit projects, driving improvements in practice and contributing to the development of Clinical Quality Standards.

• Full-time or part-time position available
• 10 PAs
• Must have GMC Registration
