Job Title: Financial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our team at Hearty Food Incorporated. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to our senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Coordinate the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Identify and investigate compliance issues and ensure adherence to financial regulations and policies.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data, including financial metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management, including financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and auditors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a hospitality industry setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including accounting and financial planning tools.
