Cleaner Job Description

Maid in Heaven Cleaning Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Cleaning service company, various locations, willing to relocate.
  • Transportation/Travel: Own transportation, own vehicle, valid driver's license.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, reliability, team player, values and ethics.
