Job Information

Canda Six Fortune Enterprise Co. Ltd. is a leading importer and distributor of Asian food products from the Pacific Rim and other regions. We are currently hiring a Part-time Senior Truck Driver to make deliveries for our BC division.

Position Summary:

The Part-time Senior Truck Driver will be responsible for making frequent deliveries, operating a Tandem axle straight truck, and interacting with customers in the BC Interior areas. This role requires a Class 3 driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Tandem axle straight truck safely and efficiently.
  • Deliver goods to retail stores and restaurants in the BC Interior areas.
  • Move goods inside customers' premises.
  • Check inventory against invoices with customers.
  • Collect cheques and cash where needed.

Requirements:

  • Class 3 driver's license with air-brake endorsement and a clean driving abstract.
  • Ability to operate a Tandem axle straight truck safely.
  • Knowledge of BC Interior areas.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
