Job Title: Travel LPN

The TEEMA Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel LPN to join our team. As a Travel LPN, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and assist with daily activities in an Assisted Living Facility setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs
  • Assist with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents' comfort and safety
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN
  • Valid BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association

Contract Details:

  • Full-time contract role
  • Variable shifts, including days, evenings, and 8 or 16 hour shifts
  • 40 hours per week
