Job Title: Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our team at K S BAJWA TRANSPORT LTD.

Job Summary:

The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of trucks, as well as maintaining accurate records and logs. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch trucks according to schedules and work orders
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of truck movements and activities
  • Communicate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor and respond to emergency situations as needed
  • Perform general office duties as required
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a related field is an asset
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure.
