Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Strada West Eat and Sip House. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Assess food portion sizes and calculate costs.
  • Meal Preparation: Create and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
  • Special Dietary Needs: Prepare and cook meals tailored for patients as per dietary guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and maintain records of food and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and assist in recruiting new personnel.
  • Operational Oversight: Organize buffets and banquets while managing overall kitchen operations.
  • Sanitation: Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.

Employment Type: Permanent position.

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is essential.

Work Hours: This position requires a commitment of 30 hours per week.
