Key Responsibilities- Installation and Finishing: Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets to meet project specifications.
- Plaster Mixing and Application: Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency and apply to drywall surfaces.
- Structural Framing: Install metal stud framing and furring for interior drywall or plaster walls and ceilings.
- Opening Preparation: Cut openings in lath for heating and ventilation piping, ducts, and electrical outlets.
- Wall and Ceiling Layouts: Prepare wall and ceiling layouts to ensure accurate installation.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Physical Capabilities: Stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) with regular breaks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train on the job.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 45 hours per week.
