Service Department Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC Inc. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our service department and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of service technicians, detailers, and service advisors
- Develop and implement strategies to increase service sales and profitability
- Manage inventory and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager
- General Motors experience is a huge asset
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
