Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and complete authentic Vietnamese dishes by following recipes and ensuring excellent quality and presentation.
- Assist in menu planning and daily specials, ensuring they are within budget and utilize seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health codes and regulations.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage inventory and budget, ensuring optimal use of resources.
Requirements:
- Secondary education completion required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a cook or chef, specializing in authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
- Culinary certification considered an asset.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
