- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our team members and customers.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring that we get the best possible prices and quality.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that we meet our goals and objectives.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:This role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
