Savers is a leading thrift retailer with a mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. We operate over 300 stores across the United States, Canada, and Australia, offering a wide range of gently-used, one-of-a-kind items donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations.
Our Business Model
We purchase donated items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse. This approach not only benefits the environment but also provides our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

About the Role
As a Retail Store Supervisor at Savers, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of your store. You'll be responsible for making important decisions that impact business results, developing and empowering your team members, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Make informed decisions that drive business results and improve store performance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
- Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve business objectives
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture that values diversity and inclusion
