Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at IFG - International Financial Group, Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and coordinating selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure the company's needs are met.
  • Recruitment: Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent, and collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and make recommendations for hire.
  • Onboarding: Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers, and advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Employee Development: Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to multitask.
