**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service and reception to visitors and telephone inquiries.
- Work closely with Branch staff and accounting personnel to reconcile open reports, including ValveTek, GreatPlains, backorder review, stock transfers, and purchase orders.
- Perform data entry in GreatPlains, ValveTek, and other systems, as well as enter customer orders and credits, stock transfers, purchase orders, and inventory tracking.
- Provide administrative support, including managing office supplies, administrative duties, and operating office equipment.
- Enter and complete PO's, AFEs, vendor and customer files, and serve as a branch liaison with other departments as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration function.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to wear many hats.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
**Required Education:**
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
