Project Management Office Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team as a Master's Level Intern. As a PMO Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the planning, execution, and governance of AI-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Support project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of AI-driven projects.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze project data and provide insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's level university program in fields such as Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.
- Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- A dynamic and fast-paced work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
- A competitive hourly rate (paid in equity compensation equivalent to CAD $32-35/hour).
