We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect to join our team at Apotex. As a key member of our Platform & Cloud Services team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Hybrid Cloud Platforms that align with our overall strategy and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement Hybrid Cloud Architectures that meet business requirements and adhere to corporate standards.
- Develop strategies using current and emerging technologies to drive business innovation.
- Translate business requirements into network or process designs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Plan, recommend, and approve Private and Public Cloud Architectures, ensuring optimal performance and capacity planning.
- Monitor performance of all Cloud Platforms, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance efficiency.
- University or College Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of Hybrid Cloud Architectures and Technologies, including Virtualization and Container technologies, Virtual Desktops, and PCaaS.
- Proven track record of working effectively with technical and business functions, with a strong understanding of Networking Technologies, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions based on analysis and experience.
- Minimum five years' experience in technology delivery or design capability.
