We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Membership Sales Associate to join our team. As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting members and prospective members, presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members and prospective members with enthusiasm and energy, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested consumers, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our studio.
  • Work at the front desk, answering phones, and responding to member inquiries.
  • Give studio tours, showcasing the facilities and equipment.
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout.
  • Sell memberships to help the studio grow and succeed.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote the studio and attract new members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a positive experience for members.
Requirements
  • Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and prospective members.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to present the Orangetheory Fitness concept effectively.
