Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Windows.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse.
  • Occasionally required to lift, carry, and move heavy objects.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule:
  • 32 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
