Fehrkon Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or food service environment
  • Ability to distinguish between colours
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Hand-eye co-ordination
  • Handling heavy loads
