As the Procurement Manager for our Nuclear engineering initiatives, you will be instrumental in directing the procurement activities, ensuring adherence to our organizational policies and regulatory standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute procurement strategies tailored for nuclear projects, emphasizing compliance with CSA N299 standards.
- Discover and assess potential suppliers, review proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure optimal value.
- Oversee supplier relationships to guarantee the timely provision of goods and services.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to ascertain procurement needs and devise appropriate plans.
- Evaluate supplier performance and implement necessary corrective measures.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in procurement, business administration, or a related discipline.
