Job Title: Profit Centre Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Profit Centre Supervisor to join our team at EMCO Corporation. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales, operations, and profitability in our Plumbing and Heating parts counter and Ensuite Kitchen and Bath showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, operations, and profitability
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales and operations professionals
  • Analyze data and implement strategies to increase sales and improve operating efficiencies
  • Build relationships with customers and vendors to drive business growth
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the Profit Centre Manager or Regional Manager

Requirements:

  • College and/or University degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of wholesale distribution experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and sound business judgment

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience with plumbing and building products
  • Knowledge of the construction industry
