Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Lord Elgin Fish & Chips. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
    • Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
    • Advise on menu selections
    • Provide customer service
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Serve food and beverages
    • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • General Duties
    • Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
    • Assist clients/guests with special needs
Work Environment

As a Food Service Associate at Lord Elgin Fish & Chips, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
