About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are equipped to provide the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of pharmacy professionals to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that medications and supplies are accurately stocked and dispensed
  • Counsel patients on medication use and provide education on healthy living and wellness
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail pharmacy environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of pharmacy systems and software, including Healthwatch and KROLL Pharmacy
