Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at High Level Denny's & Bar One. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring the efficient operation of our food service department.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Standing for extended periods, walking, and performing physical tasks as required.
