About the Role:

As a Commercial Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients in the Pickering, Ontario area. You will work independently, managing your own schedule and equipment, and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide commercial cleaning services to multiple smaller locations, including offices, manufacturing plants, restaurants, clinics, gyms, and professional offices.
  • Use light and heavy floor cleaning equipment, including buffers and shampoo machines, to clean floors and other surfaces.
  • Vacuum rugs and carpets, and spot clean and shampoo as needed.
  • Dust and clean furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and other horizontal surfaces.
  • Wash windowsills, glass in interior doors, and specified windows.
  • Monitor and report any defects or issues, such as clogged urinals or non-working lights.
  • Collect building trash daily and place it in approved containers for removal.
Requirements:
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Must be able to lift 40lbs regularly.
  • Must have own transportation and minimum equipment.
  • Must be able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
