About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Alan Carmelotes, Cleofe Carmelotes. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Household Management: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Laundry and Linens: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Facilities Management: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, handle and report lost and found items, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of our properties and residents by following established protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, sitting, and walking.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, excellent written communication, values and ethics, patience, and honesty.
