Position Overview

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Efficiently load and organize buspans and trays.
  • Store dishes appropriately in designated areas.
  • Replenish condiments and supplies at customer tables and service areas.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items manually.
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately.
  • Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized, including work surfaces and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning supplies safely.
  • Receive and organize supplies in storage areas.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain cleanliness.
  • Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
Required Certifications
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate
  • WHMIS Certificate
  • Food Service Worker Certificate
Equipment Proficiency

Experience with electronic cash registers is preferred.

Transportation Requirements

Personal transportation is necessary for commuting.
