About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at HIGHLAND FARMS INC. as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of product quality and presentation in our meat department.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, answering questions and making recommendations on our meat products.
  • Meat Department Management: Maintain a clean and organized meat department, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and rotated.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking meat products, as well as monitoring inventory levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail or meat industry setting.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37 to 44 hours per week.
