Real-Time Control Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Integration Specialist to join our team at Grantek Systems Integration. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing real-time automation solutions from the manufacturing plant floor to the enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement real-time automation controls and information solutions.
- Conceptualize and develop solutions during the design phase of the project life cycle.
- Program, debug, and test systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Create detailed documentation, including project engineering notes, project proposals, and design traceability documentation.
- Commission new solutions at client sites and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement methodologies for complex problem-solving.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices.
- Mentor colleagues on your expertise and knowledge base.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with automation technologies, including PLC programming, HMI, SCADA, and database development.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Ability to travel up to 50% throughout North America.
