Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Plan and prepare menus to ensure a variety of options for our customers, taking into account food costs, portion sizes, and customer preferences.

Cooking and Food Preparation

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.

Customer Service

Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.

Staff Training and Development

Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Kitchen Operations

Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and sanitation, to ensure a clean and efficient work environment.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Experience

Experience is an asset, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Work Language

English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.

Work Hours

35 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
